Last Thursday, we were extremely luck to have Joe O'Connor visit our classroom to speak about physical activity, nutrition and all things sports related! Joe is the owner of Nisus Fitness, a lecturer in MTU, a coach of some of Ireland's best athletes as well as being involved in the TV series, Ireland's Fittest Family. Joe shared his journey, gave lots of advice for training and nutrition and answered lots and lots of questions!! We all learned so much! Thank you Joe for sharing your time and knowledge with us!
