We learned about Early Christian Ireland in History in January.
The children researched the following topics:
- St. Patrick
- Monasteries
- Books and Manuscripts
- St. Brendan
- High Crosses
- Round Towers
- Timeline of Early Christian Ireland
- A day in the life of a Monk
They presented their findings along with a model of one of the following:
- A monastery
- A round tower
- A high cross
We were blown away by the creations they came up with!
