Thanks to Linsay for coming in and trying out a Sound Bath with our pupils. A soundbath is a form of therapy that uses specialized instruments that creates frequencies, vibrations and sound waves. A soundbath session allows the sounds of different instruments "wash over you" as it is deeply immersive, full body listening experience in a powerful therapeutic and restorative process to help nurture and heal your body and mind.
